Sarah Hetznecker - National Sales Director
Sarah HetzneckerSarah is the National Sales Director with over 20 years of experience in the environmental and renewable energy fields. She was the co-founder of Mesa Energy and was responsible for financial management and technical management of the company, including business setup and contracts, office infrastructure and staffing, accounting and billing and business development. Sarah is also a founding Board Member of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals and was names one of Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business in 2005.

 

Gary Sheehan - Regional Operations Manager
Gary SheehanGary Sheehan is the Eastern US Operations Manager for SunTechnics Energy Systems. He founded Mesa Energy in 1999, which became a part of the Conergy Group in 2007. He leads the engineering and operations team for large and small solar power plant design, construction and operation. He is also responsible for regional sales. He is NABCEP certified for Solar PV, and is Green Advantage certified for environmentally certified building practices. He has given countless solar energy presentations to various groups, including the IEEE, the AWRA, SAME, and has led trainings for groups like Solar Scholars, many schools, and environmental groups. Gary is a registered professional geologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and has worked in the environmental and energy industries for the past 25 years

 

Micheal DeSousa - Project Developer
Micheal DeSousaAs a Project Developer, Michael is responsible for identifying, developing and facilitating the implementation of commercial PV projects. With an educational background in science and business, he brings a comprehensive understanding of PV technology and economics to his role. Over 21 years of experience in engineering, management and consulting in various industries have enabled Michael to work with a wide range of clients and entities to develop the best renewable energy solutions for each of their needs. Over the past year Michael has developed several key solar projects showcasing some of the company’s latest technology offerings including single-axis tracking, thin film PV, and solar thermal.

 

David Vincent - Regional Sales Manager
David VincentDavid is the Sales Manager for the Western United States. With his educational background in Construction Management and Engineering, and more than 13 years of professional sales experience, David brings expert knowledge to his position. In the past year, he has helped develop $20 million in solar projects. He has an outstanding ability to determine client needs, develop custom solutions, and to coordinate projects with multiple entities. David uses his vast technical knowledge and engineering background to field design PV systems.

 

Angel Bernardo - Sales Support Coordinator
Angel BernardoAngel Bernardo brings with her more than 12 years of customer service experience. As a Sales Support Coordinator, Ms. Bernardo is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all inquiries received. She provides interface between Regional Office and field based Sales Project Developers, Engineering and Finance, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout all processes. Ms. Bernardo is also responsible for assisting in the developing and delivery of professional proposals for profitable orders.

 

Tom Turcich - Project Developer
Tom TurcichTom has combined technical skills from 21 years as a business owner, 10 years of construction experience in electrical, roofing, carpentry and plumbing on all types of structures combined with great training from the Solar Industry’s best to contract, design and commission over 70 residential and commercial PV systems in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York (pending). Tom has completed thousands of solar estimates for buildings and open spaces. Ability to get an accurate estimate of the solar client’s electrical needs, structural integrity, system size, production and payback in a timely manner makes for an honest analysis of each situation.

 

Lynette Ottinger - Office Manager / Sales Support Manager
Starting in the renewable field with a grant program still in process, Lynette has experience with evaluating energy usage, general efficiency improvement, and the steps involved in preparing for installation of solar photovoltaics. She is also responsible for supporting the sales account managers and assisting with project management.
